Bicycle Fix-a-Flat Workshop for LGBTQs!

May 16-20 is Bike Week in Minneapolis. Monday is "Fix-it" day, so why not learn how to remedy the #1 bike maintenance issue with fellow queers in a safe space?

We will cover:
1. how to remove and replace your wheels
2. how/tools needed to properly remove tires from rims
3. how to replace damaged tubes, as well as
4. how to be more economical and environmentally friendly by patching punctured tubes.

Have a flat that needs fixing? Bring it along! You can fix it during the workshop and spend the rest of the summer riding your bike around in hot pants! Plus, you will have the skills you need to never be stranded again!

Free patch kits and/or tire levers will be available to participants while supplies last, so be sure to arrive early.

Thank you to our friends at Full Cycle who will be donating space, staff time and letting us use their tools.
